Sciatica refers to pain and or numbness and tingling in the legs. This can be caused by nerve irritation or my muscle spasms in the lower limb. Many people have found relief with chiropractic.

Chiropractors see babies for many reasons. Being unsettled and fussy, poor sleep, difficulty breast feeding, colic, reflux and constipation are a few. We aim to eliminate stress on their spines and nervous system, so their bodies are able to functional their best.

Our spines are made to move and with everyday stress and tension we put our bodies through they start to stiffen up and stop functioning like they should. Just like brushing your teeth or eating a healthy diet, getting your spine checked to make sure it is moving well is great for your health and wellbeing.
